Strawberry Balsamic and Rosemary Sauce + Vanilla Ice Cream = Sublime

AubSauce new Strawberry Balsamic and Rosemary sauce paired with vanilla ice cream is sublime.

During customer discovery for our Strawberry Balsamic and Rosemary sauce, we overwhelmingly heard that the sauce paired best with seafood and chicken. However, a good friend said she liked it best on vanilla ice cream. We originally found it a strange combination but was definitely up to trying it.

We grabbed a pint of @yomicecream, a local ice cream company in the Atlanta area and we drizzled our Strawberry Balsamic and Rosemary sauce on top of 2 very large scoops and it was divine. The strawberry flavor, mellow tartness from the balsamic vinegar, the woodsy rosemary, and the sweet cream was an unexpected perfect combination.
